1. Who We Are

Qosqore Travel ("Qosqore," "we," "us") provides access to tours and travel experiences by arranging bookings with independent third‑party service providers such as guides, transport operators, and activity organizers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of booking, Qosqore Travel acts as a booking intermediary, not as the operator of the services.

2. Booking and Contract Formation

A booking becomes binding only when:

Details shown before booking (including itinerary, duration, price, and inclusions) form part of your contract.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown clearly before booking.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes (such as VAT), which will be disclosed before payment where required.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Important Consumer Notice)

Under EU consumer law, the 14‑day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period (such as tours and activities).

Cancellation conditions are shown before booking and may vary by service.

Unless otherwise stated:

Refunds, where applicable, may be issued as booking credits unless cash reimbursement is required by law.

7. No‑Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no‑show.

No‑shows are non‑refundable, as places and services have already been reserved.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate and for following safety instructions provided during the activity.

We strongly recommend adequate travel and medical insurance.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where this is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to mandatory consumer law:

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Force Majeure

Neither you nor Qosqore Travel will be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government measures.

Such events do not automatically entitle you to a cash refund unless required by law.
